Clients buy a ten-session package, and we lose count by the sixth visit.

Wellness centres offering Ayurveda, yoga or naturopathy keep a booking diary, paper session cards and a WhatsApp therapist roster, so sessions get miscounted. GullySystem builds a booking, package and client-record system around your therapies and rooms. It starts with a free technology audit of the centre.

At a glance

Your clients come for a course: a seven-day Panchakarma, a monthly yoga batch, a twelve-week wellness programme. Each has its own rooms, therapists and rules.

The diary holds the bookings. The session card, the therapist roster and the payment slip each hold a piece of the rest.

How the work runs today

A client enquires on Instagram or through a doctor, has a consultation, and is advised a course of therapies. They pay for a package, get a session card, and book slots by phone.

Each day the manager matches bookings to therapy rooms and therapists, some of whom work only for men or only for women. Oils and consumables are drawn from the store, and each session is marked on the card and in the diary.

Corporate wellness sessions, retreats and online coaching add another layer, with invoices to companies and schedules shared on WhatsApp.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for wellness centres without a proper system.

Package sessions are miscounted

The card says six sessions used, the diary says five, and the client insists on four.

Therapists and rooms get double-booked

A walk-in is given the room already promised for an Abhyanga, and one client waits.

Consultation notes don’t follow the client

The doctor’s advice is on a paper case sheet, and the therapist starts the session without seeing it.

Oils and consumables are never costed

You don’t know what a therapy actually costs to deliver, so packages are priced by feel.

What the software does

What we would build for wellness centres.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Booking by therapist and room

Slots shown by therapy, room and therapist, with gender preferences and clashes flagged.

Packages and session balance

Each package with sessions used and remaining, updated when a session is marked done.

Client consultation record

Consultation notes, conditions and advice, visible to the therapist before the session.

Therapy consumables

Oils and materials per therapy deducted from stock, with a cost per session.

Corporate and retreat billing

Group sessions, retreats and company programmes invoiced with GST.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions wellness centres ask before they call.

Can clients book online?

Yes. A booking page or WhatsApp link can show free slots by therapy, and you can require an advance for longer programmes.

Will our income go into Tally?

Yes. Package sales, session income and corporate invoices can post to Tally with the right GST rates.

Can it plan a Panchakarma course over several days?

Yes. The course is booked as a series, with each day’s therapy, room and therapist set in advance. If the client misses a day, the manager sees which bookings need moving.

Wouldn’t a salon or spa booking app work?

It might, if your centre is mostly single sessions. Salon apps are built around stylists and chairs, not multi-day courses and consultation notes, and that is where they fall short.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
