Keep hearing tests, scope images, minor procedures and surgery plans on one patient record.

ENT clinics see ear, nose and throat cases that mix quick consultations with hearing tests, endoscopy and day surgery. The ENT product holds each test, image, procedure and hearing aid on one patient record. A recall list shows who is waiting for a review or a fitting.

At a glance

An ENT clinic handles a wide mix. One patient has a blocked ear, the next needs an audiogram, and a third is planning a septum operation. The work is brisk at the desk and detailed in the examination room.

Findings, images and hearing charts often live in different places. A patient who returns months later may need the clinic to find all three. That is slow.

How the work runs today

Reception books patients by doctor and room, registers new ones and collects referral notes. The doctor examines with an otoscope or a nasal or throat scope, records the findings and may take an image. Audiometry, tympanometry and other tests are done by an audiologist in a booth, and the chart goes back to the doctor.

Minor procedures such as wax removal, nasal cautery or a biopsy are done in the clinic. Larger cases, such as tonsil, sinus or ear surgery, are booked at an operating facility with an estimate that the patient reviews before agreeing.

Hearing aids and devices are ordered, fitted and adjusted over several visits. Visiting surgeons and audiologists are paid a share. It is worked out from consultations, tests and procedures at month end.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for eNT clinics without a proper system.

Images and charts are filed apart

A scope image sits on the examination computer and an audiogram on paper. Finding both for a returning patient takes time. It slows the visit.

Surgery plans are tracked loosely

A patient agrees to an operation, then waits for a date. Nobody sees which cases are still open. They linger.

Device fittings need several visits

A hearing aid is ordered, fitted and tuned over weeks. The serial number and warranty are written in a separate book. Repairs mean a search.

Sterile kit and consumables run short

Ear speculums, nasal packs and suction tips are used all day. Counts are taken only when something is missing. Clinics stall.

Follow-up visits are forgotten

A patient after a minor procedure or a course of treatment should return. The desk is not reminded when they do not.

What the software does

What we would build for eNT clinics.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Appointments by doctor and room

Book consultations, hearing tests and procedures by doctor, booth and day, and send reminders by SMS or messaging ahead of each visit.

Examination notes for ear, nose and throat

Record findings by region, with symptoms, history and the treatment decided, in a form that keeps each visit comparable with the one before it and the one after.

Audiometry and scope images

Attach hearing charts and endoscope or otoscope images to the patient and the visit, so earlier results sit beside new ones when the doctor reviews progress.

Minor procedures and day surgery

Book in-clinic procedures and operations at a facility, with the consent, estimate and date recorded, and follow the status until the patient is discharged and reviewed.

Hearing aids and device records

Hold each device by serial number and warranty, with ordering, fitting and adjustment visits tracked for the patient from the supplier’s delivery to the final tuning.

Follow-up and recall list

Patients due back for a review, a repeat audiogram or a hearing aid check are listed, ready for the week’s calls.

Billing and surgeon share

Bill consultations, tests and procedures, take part payments, and work out each visiting doctor’s share.

Common questions

Questions eNT clinics ask before they call.

Can it keep audiograms and endoscope images?

Yes. Files or images exported from your equipment attach to the patient and the visit. Direct links to specific devices are scoped during implementation.

Does it work for a clinic that operates elsewhere?

Yes. The clinic keeps the consultation, estimate and follow-up record. The facility where the operation takes place keeps its own admission records.

Can hearing aids be tracked by serial number?

Yes. Each device is recorded with its serial number, warranty and the visits for fitting and adjustment. Supplier terms are entered as your clinic agrees them.

Does it handle insurance claims?

No. Claim formats differ by insurer and country. Visit records and receipts can be printed for the patient to submit, and any connection is reviewed during implementation.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
