The same message is typed out ninety times, and half of them go late.
Notifications send what your business already tells people, straight from the record that knows it: an order confirmation, a due date, tomorrow’s visit, a receipt, a circular to parents. Messages go out on WhatsApp, on SMS or by email, under your own name. What went out, to whom and when is kept against the customer.
On the first of the month the office assistant types the rent reminder to forty tenants, copying and pasting, changing the name and the amount each time. Two get the wrong figure. One gets it twice, and rings to ask which is right.
The message hangs off the record instead of somebody’s evening. Templates are written once in your words, in the language your customers read, and the details are filled from the invoice, the booking or the admission. Everything sent is logged where anyone can check it.
What whatsapp, sms and email notifications does.
Written from the record
Name, amount, date and reference come from the bill or the booking itself. Nobody retypes a figure at eleven at night.
Templates in your language
Your wording, in Kannada, Hindi or English, saved once. Staff may edit before sending where that is allowed.
The channel that suits the message
WhatsApp for a reminder. SMS for an OTP or a short alert, and email for a statement with a PDF attached.
Automatic, or by hand
A receipt can go out on its own. A payment follow-up is usually better sent by a person who knows the customer.
Delivered, or not
Failures show as failures, with the wrong number visible. Nothing vanishes into a sent folder.
Those who want to be left alone
A customer who asks to stop is marked, and the system stops. It is basic courtesy, and it keeps your number out of trouble.
The people who open this every day.
Office assistant
Sends the day’s messages in a few clicks instead of an hour of copying.
Accounts assistant
Sends statements and due-date notices, and sees who never received one.
Owner
Reads what went out in his name.
It is one part of a system, not an island.
A module earns its place by what it passes to the next one. These are the connections we set up most often.

How we would put it in.
Questions owners ask about whatsapp, sms and email notifications.
How does WhatsApp actually work for this?
Two ways. A click-to-chat link opens the ready message from your own number and a person presses send, which suits a small counter. Sending at scale needs the WhatsApp Business API through a provider, with templates approved first, and the provider bills you for what you send.
And SMS?
SMS in India goes out on a registered header and template through the DLT system. The registration is done in your own name. We do the technical work, and the account stays yours.
Which of your products send messages already?
School College Management System sends absence alerts, fee reminders and circulars to parents. The PG product sends rent reminders and notices, and the veterinary one sends confirmations and health reminders on the channel each owner prefers.
Can we send offers to everyone on the list?
You can, and it is usually a bad idea. Messages people did not ask for get your number blocked, and the reminder they do want stops arriving. Keep the list to customers who have bought, and give them a way to stop.
