Can fee receipts be exported for our accountant?
Yes. Fee receipts can be posted to Tally or exported for your accountant, with GST shown where it applies to your courses.
Do we need a full school ERP for a coaching centre?
No. We switch off the parts of our school and college management product you do not need, like report cards and transport, and keep batches, fees and tests.
Should a small tuition class use a free app instead?
If you run a few batches from home, a free attendance and fee app is enough. It stops fitting when you have several branches, teachers and instalment plans.
Can students take online tests?
Not in the product as it stands. Simple online tests with auto-marking can be built as an addition, with scores going into the same student record as your written tests.
