Patients start root canals with us and never come back for the crown.

Dental clinics run on an appointment diary, paper case sheets and lab work tracked on WhatsApp, so multi-sitting treatments drop off. GullySystem adapts its hospital and clinic management system to dental work, linking appointments, treatment plans, lab orders and billing. It starts with a free technology audit of how your clinic runs.

At a glance

Most dental work runs over several sittings: a root canal, then a post, then a crown, or an implant over months. Revenue depends on patients finishing the plan.

Most clinics track that on paper, and the patient who missed one sitting is not missed by anyone.

How the work runs today

The receptionist books patients in a diary or on a phone calendar, calls to confirm, and pulls the case sheet when they arrive. The dentist examines, takes an IOPA or OPG, writes the treatment plan and quotes a cost.

Each sitting is noted on the case sheet with the teeth treated and the next visit. Impressions go to the dental lab, and the crown or denture comes back days later, tracked on WhatsApp with the lab technician.

Payments come in parts, often through UPI, and consultants who visit for implants or orthodontics are paid a share. Six-month check-ups and cleaning recalls are rarely called.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for dental clinics without a proper system.

Treatment plans are left half done

A patient finishes the root canal, feels better and skips the crown. Nobody calls, and the tooth fractures a year later.

Lab work gets delayed without notice

The crown was due Thursday. The lab didn’t send it, and the patient is already in the chair.

Recall visits are forgotten

Cleaning and check-up reminders depend on the receptionist remembering, so most patients return only when something hurts.

Consultant payouts cause arguments

The visiting orthodontist’s share depends on cases and collections spread over months, worked out by hand.

What the software does

What we would build for dental clinics.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Appointment book by chair and dentist

Slots per chair and doctor, WhatsApp confirmations and a waiting list.

Dental chart and treatment plan

Tooth-wise findings, planned procedures, sittings completed and what remains, with X-ray images attached.

Lab order tracker

Each impression sent, the lab, shade, due date and status, linked to the patient’s next appointment.

Recall and incomplete treatment list

Patients due for a recall or with open plans, listed for calls each week.

Billing, part payments and consultant share

Estimates, part payments, receipts, and each consultant’s share by case.

Ready products

Ready products that fit dental clinics.

Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions dental clinics ask before they call.

Is your clinic system built for dentists?

The hospital and clinic management system is a general product. We adapt it for dental work, adding the tooth chart, lab orders and multi-sitting plans a dental clinic needs.

Can our billing go into Tally?

Yes. Receipts and consultant payouts can post to Tally, so your CA sees the same numbers as the clinic.

Can it store X-rays from our sensor software?

Yes, as images. The IOPA and OPG files your sensor software exports are attached to the tooth and the sitting. The sensor software itself stays on the chairside computer.

Should a one-chair clinic buy a ready dental app instead?

Often yes. Several ready dental apps work well for a single chair. We fit better for clinics with several chairs, visiting consultants or more than one branch.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
