The owner cannot remember when the last rabies shot was given, and the card is at home.

A veterinary clinic keeps a pet’s history on a card the owner carries, takes walk-ins into a crowded evening OPD, and calls about boosters when somebody remembers. GullySystem adapts its veterinary clinic management system to your vets, rates and vaccine stock, so every animal has one record and reminders go out on their own. It starts with a free technology audit.

At a glance

A pet comes back for years: the puppy course, a fever, a dressing, then boosters every year. That history is the practice, and it lives on a card in the owner’s drawer.

Our veterinary clinic management system puts the history on the animal instead of the card. The audit begins with how your evening OPD and your vaccination calls run today.

How the work runs today

Appointments go into a register and walk-ins arrive alongside them, so the evening is crowded and the afternoon is empty. The vet writes on whatever card the owner brought.

Vaccination dates are noted on the card and, if the receptionist is careful, in a diary as well. A litter’s shots fall due weeks apart, and one missed call becomes one missed dose.

Vaccines sit in a fridge that is checked when somebody opens it. The bill after a long surgery is totalled by hand, and boarding bookings go into the same register.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for veterinary clinics without a proper system.

The history walks in and out with the owner

When the card is left at home the vet prescribes from what the owner recalls, and the earlier dose and weight are lost.

Booster doses are missed

A pup’s course and then the yearly booster depend on somebody calling in the right week, so the second dose quietly never happens.

The locum starts from a blank page

When the regular vet is away, the handwriting on the card and the history in her head are both out of reach.

Vials expire in the fridge

Stock is judged by looking, so a vaccine goes out of date in the door while a common medicine finishes on a Sunday.

What the software does

What we would build for veterinary clinics.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

One record per pet

Owner, breed, age, visits, diagnoses and test results on the animal’s record, searchable by pet or by owner.

Appointments across vets

Bookings for each vet with confirmations, reschedules and a reminder before the visit, so the evening rush spreads out.

Prescriptions and treatment notes

What was given and why, kept on the record, so whoever is on duty next does not begin by questioning the owner.

Vaccination reminders

Each dose recorded with its date, and reminders by SMS or email before boosters, flea treatment and the yearly check-up.

Vaccine and medicine stock

Medicines, vaccines and supplies with expiry dates and low-stock alerts, and orders raised to your supplier.

Billing and balances

Invoices made from the visit at your rates, with part payments and the balance still owed on the owner’s record.

Ready products

Ready products that fit veterinary clinics.

Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions veterinary clinics ask before they call.

Can it remind owners about booster doses?

Yes. The dates sit on the pet, and a reminder goes by SMS or email before a booster or the yearly check-up is due. Owners see what is coming in their own portal.

Will our billing go into Tally?

Not directly. Billing and revenue reports go to your accountant each month, and there is no Tally link as standard. We scope one at set-up if he wants it.

Can we take boarding and grooming bookings in it?

Grooming is set up as a service in the same appointment book. Boarding is held as a booking and not a kennel chart, so tell us at the audit if boarding is a large part of your income.

We are one vet with a steady list of regulars. Do we need this?

Maybe not. If the cards are in order and you know your patients, a register still works. It earns its place when reminder calls slip or a second vet joins.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
