The waiting room is full, and last visit’s prescription is somewhere in the patient’s bag.
Clinics and doctors run the OPD on a token register, handwritten prescriptions and lab reports on WhatsApp, so patient history goes missing. GullySystem adapts its hospital and clinic management system to your OPD, from token to prescription to bill, with follow-up reminders. It starts with a free technology audit of how your clinic works.
A family physician, a specialist’s evening OPD and a polyclinic with its own lab all face the same morning. There is a crowd, a token book, and a doctor who wants the last visit’s notes in front of them.
Software should shorten that morning, not add typing to it.
Patients call or walk in for a token. The receptionist writes the name, age and complaint, collects the consultation fee and sends them in. The doctor examines, writes a prescription on the letterhead, and orders tests.
The patient goes to the lab or the pharmacy, which may be yours or next door. Reports come back on paper or WhatsApp, and the patient returns days later with a file that may or may not have everything.
Follow-ups, vaccination due dates and chronic patients’ reviews, diabetes or blood pressure, depend on the patient remembering. At month end, fees, lab income and doctors’ shares are totalled by hand for the accountant.
What goes wrong for clinics and doctors without a proper system.
Patient history is in the patient’s bag
Old prescriptions and reports come in a plastic cover, if at all. The doctor decides from memory and what the patient recalls.
The token queue creates arguments
Walk-ins, phone bookings and reviews collide in one paper list, and the receptionist takes the blame.
Chronic patients drift away
The diabetic who should come every three months comes back after a year, with a problem that could have been caught earlier.
Visiting doctors’ shares are worked out by hand
Each consultant’s cases, fees and share are tallied from the register at month end, and disputes follow.
What we would build for clinics and doctors.
Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.
Token and appointment queue
Phone bookings and walk-ins in one queue, with the patient’s turn shown on a screen or sent by WhatsApp.
Patient record with visit history
Complaints, vitals, diagnosis, prescriptions and reports per visit, opened by the doctor in one tap.
Quick prescription writing
Templates and favourite medicines, printed on your letterhead or shared on WhatsApp.
Lab orders and reports
Tests ordered from the consultation reach the lab, and results attach back to the patient.
Follow-up and review reminders
Chronic care and vaccination due dates sent to patients before the date.
OPD billing and doctor share
Consultation, procedure and lab bills, with each doctor’s share calculated.
Ready products that fit clinics and doctors.
Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

Is the hospital and clinic system too big for a small clinic?
We switch off what you don’t need. A single-doctor OPD may use only the queue, patient record and billing, and add the lab or pharmacy later.
Can the clinic’s income go into Tally?
Yes. Day-wise receipts by department and doctor payouts can post to Tally for your CA.
Who can see patient data?
Only the staff you permit, by role. The receptionist sees bookings and bills, doctors see clinical notes, and every access is logged. We don’t claim any healthcare certification for the software.
Should we just use a free doctor app?
For a solo doctor with a simple OPD, a ready app may be enough. We are a better fit for clinics with several doctors, an in-house lab or pharmacy, or more than one branch.
What happens in the free technology audit?
We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.
How much will the software cost?
We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
