We meet Bengaluru businesses in person, from Peenya job shops to Jayanagar clinics, and build their software.

Bengaluru businesses often run on more software than they can track, with a billing app, Tally, a booking tool, spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group holding it together. GullySystem, in Nagarbhavi, sits with your team to see how work really moves, then builds or fixes the ERP, CRM, app or dashboard that replaces the patchwork.

At a glance

In Bengaluru the problem is rarely having no software. A Jayanagar dental clinic, a Peenya sheet-metal unit and an HSR Layout interior studio usually have too many tools, bought by different people, and none of them talks to Tally. The operations manager fills the gap with an Excel export every Monday.

Our office is in Nagarbhavi 8th Block, on Outer Ring Road near Vijayanagar and Chandra Layout. We can come to your shop floor, showroom or clinic, watch a normal day, and build or repair the system around what we saw. For a business in this city, the first conversation can be across a table rather than a screen.

Around Bengaluru

The areas, estates and markets that matter in Bengaluru.

Nagarbhavi, Vijayanagar and Chandra Layout

Our own part of west Bengaluru. Clinics, tuition centres, PGs, bakeries and hardware shops, many billing from an old desktop package and keeping patients or students in a register.

Peenya Industrial Area

Machine shops, sheet-metal, powder-coating and electrical units doing job work for OEMs. They run on purchase orders, job cards and delivery challans, and the owner often knows which job is on which machine only from memory.

Chickpet, Avenue Road and Balepet

Textile, saree, hardware and stationery wholesalers selling on credit to shops across Karnataka. Orders arrive by phone and WhatsApp, and the credit ledger is the most valuable thing in the shop.

SP Road

Electrical, CCTV and computer-parts dealers selling to installers and system integrators. Serial numbers, warranty claims and dealer-wise pricing live in Excel sheets and in the counter staff’s heads.

Yeshwanthpur APMC and Rajajinagar

The APMC yard at Yeshwanthpur trades grain, pulses, onion and potato, with Rajajinagar’s industrial pockets and showrooms next door. Commission agents and distributors here depend on weighbridge slips, daily rate sheets and dealer ledgers.

Jayanagar, JP Nagar and Banashankari

Dental and speciality clinics, jewellers, furniture showrooms and CA firms that families have used for decades. Appointment books, patient files and repair tickets are still often on paper.

Koramangala, HSR Layout and BTM Layout

Start-ups, D2C brands, cloud kitchens, PGs and coworking spaces. They sign up for SaaS tools on a company card and end up paying for several that never share data.

Whitefield, Marathahalli and the ORR tech corridor

Interior firms, builders, facility management companies and PGs serving the IT parks. Site photos sit in WhatsApp groups, project costs in Excel, and rent collection in a notebook.

Electronic City and Bommasandra

Electronics assembly, contract manufacturing and precision engineering. Customers ask for batch and serial traceability, BOM versions and supplier quality records, usually in their own formats.

Hebbal, Yelahanka and the airport road

Builders, hotels, logistics firms, schools and colleges spread along Bellary Road. Site progress, vehicle trips and fee collections are the records that keep slipping.

How software gets chosen

How Bengaluru businesses pick and use software.

Bengaluru owners are the most likely in Karnataka to have tried SaaS already. The usual story is one subscription bought for sales, another for accounts, and a manager exporting both to Excel to see the whole business.

Most owners here have a friend or relative in IT, and that person often reads the proposal. We welcome it: someone asking about hosting, backups and who owns the source code is doing you a favour.

Staff speak Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and English, sometimes in the same warehouse. Screens that rely on long English text get skipped, so we lean on numbers, photos and short labels.

Where it breaks

Where Bengaluru businesses lose time and money.

We pay for software nobody opens

A CRM bought for the sales team, a project tool for the site team and an HR app for payroll, each renewed on a card every year. In a Bengaluru business that has grown fast, the first job is often deciding what to switch off.

Our job cards in Peenya are still on paper

The job card travels from cutting to bending to powder coating in a plastic sleeve. When the customer calls for status, someone walks the floor to find it.

PG rent and deposits are in a notebook

PG owners in BTM, Marathahalli and around the tech parks run many beds across several buildings. Rent dues, food charges and deposit refunds turn into arguments when the only record is the warden’s book.

When a staff member leaves, the process leaves too

People change jobs often in this city. If the order process lived in one coordinator’s WhatsApp and personal Excel file, it walks out with the resignation letter.

How it works

From the first call to software your team uses daily.

  1. 01

    The audit

We sit with your team, at your premises or at our Nagarbhavi office, and see how the work runs today.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

You see working screens every few weeks and your team tries them before we go further.

  4. 04

    Go-live and training

We move your data across, train the people who will use it, and stay close for the first weeks.

  5. 05

    Support after launch

Fixes, changes and hosting handled by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions Bengaluru owners ask before they call.

Can you visit our office or factory in Bengaluru?

Yes. We are in Nagarbhavi 8th Block on Outer Ring Road and visit clients across the city. The first visit is usually part of the free technology audit, where we watch how orders, stock and billing actually move before suggesting anything.

Can we come and meet you instead?

Yes, you are welcome at #257, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block. Call or WhatsApp +91 80958 58589 first so the right person is in to meet you.

We already pay for a SaaS tool. Do we still need custom software?

Often not. If an off-the-shelf tool fits most of your work, we would rather set it up properly and connect it to Tally than build something new. Custom work makes sense when the gap sits in the part of the business that earns the money.

Can you take over software another Bengaluru vendor built?

Usually, yes, if you can get us the source code and server access. We read the code and the database first, list what is risky, and fix the urgent problems before adding anything new.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
