We run four paying guest buildings. Can one system handle all of them?
Yes. Each building keeps its own rooms, beds and rent rates, and the owner sees occupancy, collection and dues across all four. A manager can be limited to the building he runs.
Can residents pay rent from their phone?
Yes. A payment link goes out with the rent reminder, and the receipt and balance update as soon as the money is confirmed. Cash taken at the desk is recorded the same way.
