No. Use is recorded against the job type rather than measured drop by drop. A full detail and a rinse are counted differently.

Will this stop us running out of stock on a busy day?

No. It warns while the shelf still has stock, and a person still has to place the order.

Can it keep stock separately for two outlets?

Yes. Each outlet holds its own stock and the owner sees both from one login. Moving material between outlets remains a decision for the manager.
