Can a job be moved to another technician halfway?

Yes. Reassign it to another person or another bay and the floor view follows. The earlier assignment stays in the job history.

Do the assignment tools decide who gets which job?

No. The supervisor decides, and the screen shows who is free and who is trained for the work. Automatic allocation is not part of this module.

Will it calculate technician incentives?

No. It holds jobs completed and attendance, which is what most incentive schemes are worked out from. The calculation itself stays in whatever payroll is already in use.
