The catering system connects to Tally, WhatsApp, SMS, UPI and payment gateways and Google Calendar. Each connection is agreed during scoping, and some depend on the other system.

What connects to what

Tally

Event bills, contract invoices, supplier purchases and receipts download for your accountant to bring into Tally. A live connection can be built separately.

Messages such as the purchase list for the buyer can be sent from the office. The templates are agreed during scoping.

SMS

Short messages can carry reminders. Which events send one, and the wording, are confirmed during scoping.

UPI and payment gateways

Payments are recorded as cash, UPI, cheque or transfer. A payment link beside a balance reminder needs a gateway, which is connected at set up.

Google Calendar

Events can be shown beside a calendar the owner already uses. What appears there is agreed during scoping.

What depends on the other system

A download for Tally depends only on what the accountant needs. A live Tally link, a payment gateway and a messaging account depend on the other provider, its account and its terms, and these are confirmed during scoping. Charges set by the other provider are separate. Nothing is assumed.

What the accountant keeps

Books, GST returns and final accounts stay with your accountant. The system supplies the records that feed them. The layout of the month-end file is agreed with the accountant during implementation, so that it suits the way the books are kept.

What is confirmed during scoping

Whether the Tally connection is a download or a live link.
Which messages go out on WhatsApp and which on SMS.
Which payment gateway, if any, sits beside balance reminders.
What is shown on Google Calendar and who sees it.

Can events appear on Google Calendar?

Yes, as a connection. What is shown there and who sees it are confirmed during scoping.

Is a payment link included with every reminder?

No. A link needs a payment gateway. Without one, the reminder shows the balance, and the family pays as it does today.

Does the system post entries into Tally directly?

Not by default. Records download for the accountant, and a live connection is built separately if wanted.

Who pays for WhatsApp or SMS accounts?

Those accounts belong to the firm and are charged by their providers. Whether the firm or our team sets them up is agreed during scoping.
