Logins and Permissions for Catering Teams
Give the order desk, head cook, supervisor and accounts their own screens. Costing and margins stay visible only to the people you choose.
One login for each person
Each person signs in with their own login and sees the screens that fit the work they do, with the owner deciding how wide that view is. The order desk sees the booking calendar and menus. The head cook sees the approved menu. Nothing else is shown without permission.
What each role sees
Costing and corrections
Margins and the cost of each plate are hidden from most screens, and the owner decides who can read them. A correction to a receipt is made by someone holding that right. The earlier figure stays on the record.
What the client decides
- Which people receive a login and which role each one holds.
- Who may read costing and margins.
- Who may record or correct receipts.
- Whether the head cook and supervisor use their own phones.
Frequently asked questions
Can the supervisor see only his own events?
Yes. Screens follow the role of the person signed in, so a supervisor sees the events assigned to him.
Who can see the cost of a plate?
Only the people the owner chooses. Plate cost and margin do not appear on the quotation either.
Can someone change a receipt quietly?
No. A correction needs a person with that right, and the earlier figure stays on the record.
Can a role be added later?
Yes. Roles and permissions are set during implementation. Later changes are made by our team on request.
