Climbing Gear E-commerce & Lot Traceability Software
This solution records the lot and manufacture date of climbing gear and attaches maker documents to each listing. Returned gear stays out of stock until inspected. When a notice is issued, the buyers of that lot are listed. It is made to order for shops, importers and gyms.

Custom software solution, built to your requirements
No existing GullySystem product keeps lots, manufacture dates and notices for gear, so the software is written for the purpose. A commerce platform may still carry the storefront.
There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.
Each batch of gear is a record with a lot, a date and documents. Every sale links to it. A notice about a lot then becomes a list of buyers, not a search through old orders.

Questions about this solution.
Does a GullySystem product already do this?
No. This is software written for the purpose, not a product that exists today.
Does it decide whether gear is safe?
No. It records lots, dates and documents. Judging condition and age is for the maker’s guidance and your trained staff.
Can it trace stock bought before we started recording lots?
Only as far as the old records allow. Missing detail is marked, and the lot record is complete from the day receiving begins.
