Travel Adapter E-commerce & Destination Finder Software

This solution adds a country-to-plug finder to an online store for travel adapters. It also holds electrical specifications, records a serial for each unit and logs fault claims. The platform is selected during discovery, and the destination table is kept by your own team.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

The storefront is built on a platform you and we choose together, with a destination table added to it. No GullySystem product covers this, and the platform limits what can change.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is to let a buyer start with a destination and end with a matching product. Each unit leaves with a serial on record. A later claim can then be tied to the day and the order that sold it, without a search.

Modules

What is in the system.

Destination finder

Maps a country to plug types and shows matching products.

Electrical fields

Input range, current rating, ports and limits per product.

Serial record

Serial and sale date logged at dispatch.

Claim log

Faults, from first report to outcome.

Storefront

Filters and comparison on the electrical fields.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Country to cart

A buyer enters a destination and sees only the adapters that fit its sockets. One click adds the right one to the basket, with the limits stated beside it.

Claim to outcome

A claim is traced to a serial, assessed and settled with the maker or the distributor.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Plug-type table

Countries and plug types, each with a last-reviewed date.

Specification sheet

Datasheet fields shown in one standard order on every product page, so two adapters can be read side by side.

Limits wording

A short statement of what the adapter does not do. It sits above the price, so the buyer reads it before paying and not after the parcel arrives.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Bundles

An adapter sold with a cable or a pouch. Each part draws on its own stock line, so a bundle never promises a cable that has run out.

Trade prices

Corporate buyers see their agreed terms.

Quantity rules

Limits and slabs where you set them.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Stock by variant

Counts per plug type and colour.

Serial scan

Captured at packing.

Carrier choice

Services are trialled with electrical goods before being switched on for buyers.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Card and UPI checkout on your own gateway.

Faults

A reported fault is verified against the serial before anything moves, which is quick. A refund or a replacement then follows your terms, and the unit is logged as received.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Only named people can edit the table.

Reports

Searches by destination, claims by model and stock by plug type.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Maker data

Datasheets entered by hand or loaded from a file.

Carriers

Rates and tracking after a trial on each service.

Accounting

A file export, with a direct link only if scoped.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Platform setup

Configured in your own account where the platform allows.

Table review

Someone qualified checks the destination table before it goes live, and again whenever a country is added or a row is changed.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Fields, finder wording, bundles and page layout.

Where the edge is

Electrical certification and standards stay with makers and your adviser.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Catalogue and table

Products arrive from a sheet, and the table is drafted from your list of destinations.

Training

A working session for editors and support.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

Fixes, table edits you cannot make yourselves and help for support staff, within agreed hours.

Outside scope

Entering a new market, moving platform or redesigning the store is quoted afresh.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is this a boxed product?

No. It is an online store configured for you, with a finder added. The platform is picked in discovery.

Who writes the destination table?

Your team supplies it and someone qualified reviews it. We provide the structure and the screens.

Does the finder recommend converters?

Only if you list them as products and say which devices they suit. The finder does not judge a device’s power needs.
