Garage Management Software for Each Role
A workshop has owners, advisors, mechanics and an accountant who all touch the same job card. Each role sees the part of the record that its work needs.
Who uses the software
Multi-brand car workshops, two-wheeler service centres, detailing and repair centres that want online bookings, and workshops servicing fleet vehicles on credit all use it. The roles stay much the same across these.
What each role sees
One vehicle across the roles
A booking comes in and the advisor turns it into a job card. The advisor records odometer, fuel level, complaints and findings, and assigns mechanics. The estimate is approved and parts are issued. The invoice follows and payment is recorded. On delivery the next service date is set, and the reminder appears for the advisor.
What is set per login
- Which screens each person can open
- Who can see revenue and unpaid invoices
- Who can raise or change invoices
- Who manages the website and its reviews and gallery
Frequently asked questions
Do mechanics need a login?
Mechanics can have one, so they see their own job cards and the parts issued. Whether every mechanic gets a login is decided with the garage.
Can advisors use it on their phones?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones and tablets, so an advisor can open a job card at the gate and update status from the floor.
Who manages the garage website?
The owner manages it from the same system. Staff access to the website is set when logins are created.
Is training given for each role?
Yes. Advisors, mechanics and the accountant each learn their own screen, using a few real vehicles from the garage.
