It does not file GST returns, and it does not list the shop on a quick-commerce app. It needs an internet connection to work. Your accountant, your customers and your internet line remain part of the arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

Does it print a proper GST bill?

Yes. The counter prints a GST bill with the rates set on each item. Sales and purchase reports export for whoever files the returns, and filing itself is not done in the software.

Can we keep our khata exactly as it is?

Yes. Credit sales go to the customer’s account and payments come off it, including part payments. What each customer owes today is one screen.

Is there a charge for each staff login?

It depends on the scope. The structure is set out in the written proposal, and no price is published, since a single counter and a three-outlet shop are different jobs.

Who owns our sales and customer data?

The shop does. Reports export whenever needed, and the proposal covers how data comes back if you leave.

How soon can we start billing?

It depends on the item list. An Excel sheet with barcodes loads quicker, and a shop with no item master takes longer because one has to be built. This is reviewed during scoping.
