One list for every kind of order

Counter customers, phone calls, WhatsApp lists and the customer app all land on the same order list, so the packer sees every kind of order together. Staff enter a phone or WhatsApp order once. After that, the packer, the bill and the rider work from the same record. Nobody retypes it.

From order to doorstep

Entry

Counter staff add the order from the call or the WhatsApp message while the customer is still waiting for confirmation. Voice notes are listened to and typed in by a person.

Packing

The packer works from the order. It can be printed.

Billing

The order is billed and stock falls. Payment is recorded as cash, UPI, card or credit to the customer’s khata.

Dispatch

A delivery order is assigned to a rider, who sees the address and items on an Android phone.

What depends on WhatsApp

Orders arrive in the shop’s own WhatsApp chats, and staff enter them into the system by hand. Sending order confirmations and delivery updates back to customers by WhatsApp or SMS is a separate module. What the WhatsApp side needs is confirmed during scoping.

What stays with the shop

  • Someone must enter each order from the call or message.
  • The shop decides who takes orders and who packs them.
  • Delivery needs a rider with an Android phone and mobile data.
  • Orders on WhatsApp are not read automatically.
