Views by Role for Cleaning Companies

Home Cleaning Management System shows each person the part of the schedule they act on. Owners, schedulers, supervisors and cleaners read the same bookings, so the office and the crews work from one record.

One schedule, four views

A cleaning company has several people touching the same booking. The scheduler places it, the supervisor follows it and the cleaner does it. The owner reads the result. Nobody keeps a private copy. Each role opens the screen for its own work. All of them read from one schedule.

What each role sees

For owners

Bookings by service and area, contracts due, unpaid invoices and which crews receive the highest ratings.

For schedulers

Tomorrow’s jobs and the crews available, with the option to move a booking to another crew when a cleaner is unavailable on the day.

For supervisors

Which crews have clocked in, which jobs are done and the issues reported from site, such as a water shortage at a house.

For cleaners

Today’s addresses and house notes on a phone, with clock-in and a way to mark each job done.

How a booking moves between roles

A booking arrives online, by call or from a contract. The scheduler assigns it to a crew by availability, training and location. Cleaners read the notes and clock in on site. An invoice is raised from the booking, and a rating or complaint is saved against it afterwards.

What the client decides

Which staff hold which role is set with the company during implementation. Companies with a small office often have one person in more than one role. The views follow the role given to each person, and changes are made by our team on request.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can one person hold more than one role?

Yes. A small office often has an owner who also schedules. The person sees the screens of each role they are given.

Do cleaners see customer invoices?

Cleaners see their jobs, house notes and clock-in. What each role can open beyond that is agreed during implementation.

Where do customers fit in?

Customers book, reschedule or cancel online, and the booking lands on the schedule that the office and crews read.

Can a supervisor see every crew?

Yes. The supervisor view lists which crews have clocked in, which jobs are done and the issues raised from site.
