Know which crew is at which flat today, and which regular is due next week.

A cleaning services management system holds every one-time and recurring booking, for homes, offices and deep cleans, on one schedule. Each job goes to a crew by area and by skill. Cleaners clock in and update it from their phones. Monthly contracts are billed when they fall due, and whatever stays unpaid gets a reminder.

  • Service types, contract terms and the areas you cover go in first
  • Customers, addresses and every recurring visit carried over
  • After launch, the same hands make the changes
Where it breaks today

What goes wrong before the software.

Recurring customers fall through the gaps

A family books a fortnightly clean. Two months later nobody remembers to put them on the schedule, and they call another company.

The crew doesn’t know the house rules

Gate timings, the pet in the bedroom, and no acid on the marble floor are notes in a supervisor’s phone. When he is off, the crew guesses.

We find out at ten that a cleaner is absent

Attendance is a phone call. By the time you know someone hasn’t turned up, the customer is already waiting at the door.

Office and society contracts are billed late

Monthly contracts are invoiced from a spreadsheet. One missed invoice is a month of work paid a month late, or never.

Supplies go out and don’t come back

Chemicals, mops, and machines leave with crews every morning. Nobody knows what a deep clean actually uses.

Complaints get answered and then forgotten

A customer says the bathroom wasn’t done properly. The WhatsApp message is replied to, but nothing is noted against the booking or the cleaner.

How it runs

How the work flows through it, step by step.

  1. 1

    A fortnightly clean is booked

It comes online, on a call, or off an existing contract. Address, house notes and the service go in once. Gate timing, the dog in the bedroom, no acid on the marble: it all sits on the booking.

  2. 2

    Scheduled to a crew

The job goes to cleaners by who is free, who is trained for it and who is nearest. Recurring visits reappear on the schedule without anyone typing them again.

  3. 3

Eight in the morning, at the gate

Cleaners clock in from their phones and read the job and the notes before they start. If the water is off, that is reported from the site rather than at night.

  4. 4

    Invoice and payment

An invoice is raised from the booking, or once a month for a contract. Payment comes online or in cash. What stays unpaid gets a reminder.

  5. 5

    Feedback recorded

A rating or a complaint is saved against that booking and that cleaner. Over a few months a pattern shows.

  6. 6

    Before Deepavali

Customers who have not booked in a while can be sent an offer by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Festival cleans fill fast.

Who uses it

One system, each person sees their part.

Owner

Bookings by service and area, contracts due, unpaid invoices, and which crews get the best ratings.

Scheduler

Tomorrow’s jobs, crews available, and moving a booking when a cleaner calls in sick.

Supervisor

Which crews have clocked in, which jobs are done, and issues reported from site.

Cleaner

Today’s addresses and house notes on the phone, a clock-in button, and a button to mark each job done.

Reports

The numbers the owner asks for.

  • Bookings by service and area
  • Recurring customers who have stopped booking
  • Attendance and jobs completed by cleaner
  • Ratings and complaints by cleaner
  • Unpaid invoices by customer and contract
  • Supplies used and stock below reorder level
Good fit

Who this is built for.

  • Home cleaning companies with recurring bookings in apartments and villas
  • Deep-cleaning and move-in cleaning services
  • Janitorial contractors cleaning offices and apartment societies on monthly contracts
  • Housekeeping agencies placing staff in offices and societies
  • Cleaning companies with crews spread across a city
Honest answer

When it is not the right choice.

  • If you place full-time maids with households for a monthly fee and never schedule jobs, a contact sheet and payroll app may be enough.
  • Large facility management firms that need statutory payroll for hundreds of staff will need a proper HR and payroll system alongside this.
Made to fit

Adapted to your business before it goes live.

You are not handed a login and left to it. The product is set up around your records, your people and the tools you already use.

Your services and areas

Service types, prices, contract terms and the areas you cover go in first.

Customers and recurring bookings moved across

Addresses, house notes and every recurring visit arrive from your sheets. No regular falls off the schedule on day one.

Messages and payments

Booking reminders, payment reminders and offers go out on the channel the customer answers: SMS, email or WhatsApp. Customers who prefer to pay online can.

Training for crews

Short sessions for supervisors and cleaners on the phone app, at your office or on a call.

Hosting, and one schedule for everyone

Hosted by us, so the office and the crews read the same schedule. A new service or a new area is added by our team when you ask.

Common questions

Questions owners ask before a demo.

Is this cleaning services management system suitable for a small company?

Yes, if you have recurring customers and more than one crew. That is when a diary and WhatsApp start to miss visits. With one cleaner and a handful of homes, a diary may still be enough.

Can it handle janitorial contracts for offices and societies?

Yes. A contract carries its visits and is billed monthly, with reminders for anything unpaid. The crew’s visits and attendance are recorded against the same site.

Can cleaners mark attendance from their phones?

Yes. Cleaners clock in and out and record breaks from a phone, and supervisors see who has started. Those hours feed into salary calculations.

Can cleaners upload before-and-after photos?

Not as a standard screen today. Cleaners mark jobs done and report issues from the phone. If photo proof matters to your customers, we can scope it during set-up.

Can customers book online?

Yes. Customers can book, reschedule, or cancel one-time and recurring cleans online, and the booking lands on your schedule.

Can the monthly invoices go into Tally?

Yes, by export. Invoices and receipts come out each month for your accountant to import into Tally. A direct link is set up only if you ask.

Can you move our customers from Excel and WhatsApp?

Yes. Customers, addresses, notes and recurring bookings are imported from your sheets. Your scheduler checks them before go-live.

Who owns the customer data?

Your company does. The proposal says, before any work begins, how a complete copy comes back to you.

How much does the cleaning business software cost?

No price is published. It depends on your crews, your services and how many contracts you run. Watch a demo, then read the figure in a written proposal.
