Does mobile access need a smartphone for every cleaner?
No. Many teams run with one phone per crew, held by the senior cleaner, who updates the whole visit. Individual clock-ins do need individual phones.
What if there is no signal in a basement flat?
The update has to be made where there is a connection, so cleaners mark the job as they step out. Offline working is not part of this product, and it is worth planning around.
Can a supervisor see all her crews at once?
Yes, the supervisor view carries every crew’s jobs for the day, running and pending. It is meant to be read on a phone between sites.
