The client portal gives each client a login to project progress, approvals, drawings and the payment schedule. It replaces requests for the latest file over WhatsApp.

Clients who do not log in
Some clients will keep calling instead of logging in. The portal is switched on per project and is useful to the families who use it. For the rest, the record still exists if a question turns into a disagreement.
Frequently asked questions
Can the studio choose what each client sees?
Yes, per project. Some studios show photos and approvals only, and keep the payment schedule off the portal until the first milestone is cleared.
Does it show a running bill?
No. It shows the agreed payment schedule and what has been received against it. Running bills and change orders are not part of this system.
Can two people share access to one project?
Yes. A husband and wife, or a father paying for a son’s flat, can be given access to the same project. Whoever approves an item is recorded by name.
