Not everything can be linked
A tool that offers no way in cannot be connected, whatever anybody promises. Wiring straight into Tally rather than exporting to it is separate work, quoted only where your accountant wants it. Where a link would cost more than the retyping it saves, we say so.

Will it post directly into Tally?
By export, as standard. Most accountants prefer that, because they want to check entries before they land in the books. A direct link is possible and is quoted separately.

Yes. Enquiries land in the same list as walk-ins and referrals, with their source recorded, and get an owner like any other lead.
