What Landscaping Software Connects To
Landscaping Management System connects to an accounting package, to messaging and email, and to payment methods. This page sets out each connection and what is confirmed with the client during scoping.
Connections around the project
A landscaping company deals with clients, nurseries and an accountant, and the software records the project and reaches those people through the channels the company already uses. Which channels are switched on is agreed during scoping. The company chooses them.
What it connects to
What depends on the other system
The Tally import is done by your accountant, so posting still happens inside Tally. Payments depend on the accounts that the company holds with its bank or gateway, and messages depend on the numbers and mail accounts that the company supplies. Each is checked before go-live.
What the client decides
GullySystem connects only what is agreed in scoping. The company decides which accounting package, message channels and payment methods are used, and nothing is switched on without that decision.
- Whether a direct Tally connection is wanted
- Which messages go to clients, and by which channel
- Which payment gateway is used
- Who in the company receives each message
Frequently asked questions
Do invoices go into Tally automatically?
No. They come out as an export that your accountant imports into Tally. A direct connection is scoped separately if the company asks for it.
How do clients receive milestone updates?
By email or SMS. The content and timing of each message are agreed during implementation.
Can payments made by UPI be recorded?
Yes. UPI, card and cash payments are posted to the invoice until nothing is pending.
Is WhatsApp used for client messages?
It is available as a channel. Which messages use it is agreed with the company during scoping.
