What each role sees
How a job passes between them
The owner’s team records the enquiry and fixes a site visit. The estimate is built from the company’s own rates and becomes the contract when it is approved. The project manager sets milestones and assigns crews, and purchase orders to the nursery are timed to those milestones. Crew leads work from the phone, and accounts raises the invoice from the approved quote.
What each role does not see
Not every login needs every screen, and the split is agreed with the company during implementation. The office does not need the phone checklist, and crew leads do not need the invoice list.

Yes. Projects on site, milestones and photos from the crew can be read in the office.
Does purchase and accounts work on the same record as the crews?
Yes. Purchase orders and invoices are raised against the same project that the crews update from site.
Who sets up what each role can open?
