What a report can and cannot explain
A report can show that the ground floor has been half empty since April. It cannot say why. Local knowledge, such as a new PG opening near the college, stays with you.

Can we export these to Excel?
Yes, and to PDF. Owners send the collection report to their accountant each month without retyping it.
Does the owner see all properties together?
Yes, and each one on its own. A warden’s login is limited to his building, so he reads his own occupancy and dues.
What if we want a report that is not there?
Ask us. A new report is built by our team and not on the screen by you, and it is scoped and quoted like any other change.
Is last year available for comparison?
Yes, by choosing the period. This April against last April is a useful comparison in a PG, since the college calendar shapes occupancy.
