Client Login for Security Agency Contracts
The client’s admin team receives a login for their own premises. It shows attendance, open posts and incidents at the site, read from the records the agency already keeps.
What a client can see
Why a client login helps both offices
Checking a duty usually means phoning the supervisor or waiting for the monthly invoice, and neither gives a quick answer. With a login the client reads the marks directly. The agency’s office takes fewer calls. A query on an invoice line can be answered from attendance already on screen.
Limits of the login
A client sees only their own site. What the login shows beyond attendance, open posts and incidents is agreed with you before go-live. Wage sheets and guard papers are agency records, and who may read them is a decision the agency makes. The login does not make it.
Set up with the client
The agency decides which client users receive a login and which sites each can see. Names, sites and screens are set up during implementation and tested against a real contract. Later changes are made by our team on request.
Frequently asked questions
Can a client see another client’s site?
No. A login is tied to the client’s own premises, so a client reads attendance, open posts and incidents only for that site. Which users receive one is the agency’s decision.
Does the client see wage details?
The module shows attendance, open posts and incidents at the client’s site. Anything further is agreed with you before go-live. Wage sheets stay with the agency.
Can the client log an incident or a complaint?
Client complaints are one of the incident types an agency can log. Whether clients enter them from their own login is settled during scoping.
Is the client login available for every contract?
Yes. It is set up for each site in the register, and you choose which clients are given one. A client with several sites can be given access to each of them.
