Integrations for Security Agency Software

It links with Tally, WhatsApp and SMS, and also handles bank salary transfer files and biometric devices at large sites. Which parts need work on the other side is confirmed in scoping for each agency.

What it connects to

Tally

Invoices and wage summaries are exported in a layout your accountant can import to Tally, with ledger names matched to yours during set-up.

Bank salary transfer files

A salary transfer file is produced in the format your bank accepts, from the same wage sheet that is used to prepare payroll.

Biometric devices

At large sites where you already have devices, their marks can sit beside the attendance taken on phones, where the device allows it.

SMS

Listed as a channel for messages. Which messages go out by SMS is agreed during scoping.

WhatsApp

Listed as a channel for messages. What is sent on it, and to whom, is agreed during scoping.

What depends on the other system

Each connection depends on something outside the software. The Tally export depends on the ledger names your accountant uses. The bank file depends on the format your bank accepts. A biometric device depends on its make and on how it exports marks. These details are confirmed during scoping, and tested before go-live.

Exports and live links

Tally receives an export, not a live feed. A live connection is possible later, if your volumes justify it. The wage sheet and the invoice stay in this system, and the figures go across in the form your accountant brings into Tally.

What the agency decides

The agency decides which connections it needs at the start and which can wait. Not every agency has biometric devices, and not every client wants messages on every channel. We scope only what you will use. Anything added later is explained before you agree to it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do invoices reach Tally by themselves?

No. They are exported as a summary that your accountant brings into Tally under the ledger names he uses. A live connection is separate work, reviewed during scoping.

Can it work with our existing biometric devices?

Where devices are installed at large sites, their marks can sit beside phone attendance. Which makes are supported is confirmed during scoping, because it depends on how each device exports its data.

Is a salary transfer file produced for our bank?

Yes. It is produced in the format your bank accepts, from the same wage sheet used for payroll.

Can messages go to clients on WhatsApp?

WhatsApp is listed as a channel. Which messages use it, and whether clients receive them, is agreed with you during scoping.
