Reports for Security Agency Owners and Managers
These reports bring together what a guard agency usually holds in separate files: duties, open posts, attendance, wages, invoices, incidents and guard papers. Each one is drawn from the live duty record.
One record behind every report
In many agencies attendance sits in photographs of registers, the wage sheet in one file and the client invoice in another. A question from the owner then needs several of them to be read side by side. Every report is built on the same duty record that the roster, the attendance marks and the invoice already use. The question is answered from one place.
The reports
Who acts on them
Owners read duties against contracts and the wage cost by site. Operations works from open posts and attendance. Accounts works from the wage sheet and the invoices with ageing. Field officers and operations read incidents by site to see where trouble repeats.
What the figures reflect
Each report is only as full as the entries behind it. Attendance has to be marked, posts filled and incidents logged before a report is whole. A report that looks short often traces back to a record still waiting for its update. Reports beyond this list are scoped with you during implementation.
Frequently asked questions
Are the reports live?
Yes. They read the current duty record, so they change as attendance is marked and posts are filled. Nobody has to prepare them by hand each month.
Can one report show the wage cost against billing?
Duties billed and wage cost by site are both read from the same duties. How they are set side by side for your owner is agreed during scoping.
Can a client receive a report?
The client login shows attendance, open posts and incidents at the client’s own site. Other reports stay with the agency unless you decide to share them in another form.
Do these reports file anything for us?
No. They prepare figures. Returns and statutory filings stay with your accountant and advisor.
