Spa Software Connections to WhatsApp, SMS and UPI
The spa and salon system connects to the messaging and payment channels that a front desk uses every day. Everything else is agreed during scoping and written into the proposal.
What it connects to
What depends on the other system
Messages depend on the sending account and on a working number for each client. Payments depend on the UPI or card arrangement the salon already has with its bank or provider. The software records what was paid on the bill. It does not replace either of them.
Tally and accounting
Nothing goes into Tally by itself. Sales, package and commission reports stay in the system for your accountant. A link to Tally can be built as separate work, scoped and quoted during set-up, and the client decides whether that link is needed at all.
Confirmed during scoping
- Which channels the salon wants to use for reminders and offers
- Whether SMS, WhatsApp or both are started first
- How UPI and card payments are taken at each branch
- Whether the accountant needs a link beyond reports
- How existing clients and balances are brought in
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, for messages sent from the system. It is set up with you, and a salon can begin with SMS and move to WhatsApp later.
Can the system connect to our accounting software?
Not built in. Reports stay in the system for the accountant, and any link to Tally is scoped and quoted during set-up.
Will it take online bookings from our own pages?
Online bookings land on the same calendar as phone bookings and walk-ins. The link or button that takes clients to the booking page is decided with the spa owner.
Is client data moved from our current software?
Yes. Client lists, phone numbers and package balances are imported from existing software or a register, and reception reviews the list before go-live.
