Trust Members Listed with Role, Photo and Term

Trustees are listed with their role, photo and term, and the trust chooses whether each contact is shown. The list can also appear on the about page of the temple website.

What is recorded for each member

Role

Managing trustee, trustee or whatever titles the trust uses, kept beside each name.

Photo

One photograph for each member, used on the website if the trust wants the list shown.

Term

The period a member serves, so the list reflects who holds office now and who held it earlier.

Contact visibility

A setting for each member decides whether a phone number or email is shown. A member who prefers not to be contacted directly stays unlisted.

On the temple website

Showing the members on the public site is optional. If the trustees want it, the about page shows each member with a role and a photograph, and the contact only where the setting allows. If they do not, the records stay inside the office screens and nothing is published. The choice can be changed later.

Why it sits with the other records

Trustees also read the system. Managing trustees view today’s and this month’s donations, bookings and payment modes, and check cancelled receipts with their reasons. Keeping the member records in the same place means the people who oversee the temple are the people named on the record. Office staff keep it current.

What the trust decides

  • Which members are listed and in what order
  • Whether any contact is shown to the public
  • Which roles and titles the trust uses
  • Who in the office may edit the list
  • Whether the list appears on the website at all
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do trust members get a login?

A member record is not a login by itself. Which trustees view the dashboard is agreed with the trust during implementation.

Can a trustee’s phone number stay private?

Yes. Each member has a setting for whether the contact is shown, so one member can be listed with a number and another without.

Must the list appear on the website?

No. Publishing is optional, and the trustees choose whether the about page shows the members.

Can a past member remain on record?

Each member has a term on the record. How earlier members are shown or hidden is agreed with the trust when the records are set up.
