If the work always has a signal and needs no camera or offline entry, a mobile website costs less and updates faster. Photographs, offline capture and notifications point towards an app.

Can field staff use it without data?

Yes, when it is built for that. Entries are held on the handset and sent once a signal returns, and the user can see what is still queued.

Who publishes the app?

You do, under your own store accounts. The listing, screenshots and privacy policy are prepared by us, and the accounts and signing keys are handed back to you.
