What an AMC Covers
An AMC is a yearly commercial agreement wrapped around maintenance work: it sets out what is included, what counts as extra, and how the relationship is renewed. The actual maintenance activity inside it, fixes, patches, checks, is the same work described elsewhere; the AMC is the container that makes the terms clear for a full year at a time.
