Associate Business Analyst

You will sit between the client and the engineering team, turning what a business says it wants into something a team can build. A lot of the job is asking the follow-up question nobody asked, and writing things down clearly enough that no one has to guess.

What you will do

• ✓Run requirement conversations with clients and write up what was actually agreed.
• ✓Turn business processes into user stories, acceptance criteria and simple flow diagrams.
• ✓Keep the backlog honest — what is in scope, what changed, and what it costs.
• ✓Support user acceptance testing and collect feedback in a form the team can act on.
• ✓Prepare demos, walkthroughs and short training material for client teams.

What we are looking for

• ✓One to three years in business analysis, product support, or a client-facing delivery role.
• ✓You write clearly in English — this is most of the job.
• ✓Comfortable with spreadsheets and drawing a process flow.
• ✓Enough technical literacy to talk with engineers without needing everything translated.
• ✓Nice to have: Kannada or Hindi, exposure to Agile delivery, or a domain background in retail, education, logistics or healthcare.
