E-Commerce Implementation Trainee

A twelve-month traineeship getting online stores live. You will handle catalogue setup, payment and shipping configuration, and the launch checklist — the work that decides whether a store sells anything in its first month.

What you will learn and do

• ✓Set up storefronts on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom platform.
• ✓Load and structure product catalogues, categories, variants and pricing.
• ✓Configure payment gateways, shipping rules, taxes and order flows.
• ✓Run pre-launch checks: performance, mobile layout, checkout, and basic on-page SEO.
• ✓Train the client’s own team so they can run the store without us.

What we are looking for

• ✓A degree or diploma in any discipline, with real interest in e-commerce and retail.
• ✓Careful, methodical work — a wrong price or a broken variant is a real cost to the client.
• ✓Comfortable with spreadsheets and bulk data imports.
• ✓Clear written communication for client handover and documentation.
• ✓Nice to have: any hands-on time with Shopify or WooCommerce, or basic HTML and CSS.
