What Decides the Price of Coworking Software

No figure is published here, and none is being hidden. Six things move the number, and you can work out roughly where you sit before speaking to anybody.

Why there is no price list

One centre with forty desks and a Tally export is not the same job as four centres, a door access system and a member app. A published figure would be wrong for both. The quote comes after somebody has seen your floors.

The six things that move the number

How many centres

One building is one set of floors, rooms, plans and users. Each centre after it brings its own mapping.

Which modules you switch on

Bookings, invoicing and the member app are the usual core. CRM, contracts, access control and payroll are decisions, not defaults.

Set-up and data migration

Members, contracts, seat allocations and unpaid invoices come out of your sheets and are checked line by line. A tidy sheet costs less than a shoebox.

Integrations

Tally, a payment gateway, WhatsApp, Google Calendar and door hardware are each their own job.

Training and handover

Front desk, community manager and accounts person each need a different half hour.

Support after go-live

Hosting, backups and somebody picking up the phone carry on. That is a running cost.

How you actually get a number

A demo on your own floor plan

Half an hour on your plans, rooms and invoice format, not a canned tour.

The free technology audit

To start further back, the team will look over what you run today, the sheets, the Tally file, the WhatsApp groups, and send a written report ordered by fix now, plan later, avoid.

A written proposal

Scope, modules, migration, integrations and the figure, on paper. Say no and the report is still yours.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does coworking space management software cost?

No figure is published, because the job differs so much between one small centre and four. Cost turns on centres, modules, data and integrations.

Is it a subscription or a one-time cost?

That is settled in the proposal. Set-up, migration and training are one piece of work; hosting, backups and support carry on afterwards.

Can we start small and add the rest later?

Yes, and for a single centre that is the sensible order. Bookings, invoices and the member app first. The rest waits until you feel the gap.

What makes a quote go up unexpectedly?

Two things, most often. Door hardware that turns out not to talk to anything, and member data spread over several sheets with three spellings of one company name.
