Cardio Equipment E-commerce & Service Software

Serial numbers, delivery access, installation visits, warranty terms and service contracts sit on one record per machine. Sellers of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and rowers use it when they deliver, install and look after what they sell.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

Machine serial numbers, delivery with installation and service contracts are not handled by any current GullySystem product. That part has to be written from scratch.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

A cardio machine is sold once and serviced for years. This system keeps the machine’s serial, its delivery, its installation and its service history on a single record.

It does not install or repair machines, and it does not decide what a maker’s warranty covers. It records the terms and dates your team enters. Coordinators schedule crews against access notes, technicians sign off the installations that start each warranty, and the service desk sees every visit, spare and renewal on the same record.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Can an existing GullySystem product track machine serials?

No. Serial, warranty and service records for machines are new development.

Does it decide whether a fault is under warranty?

No. It shows the terms and dates. A person confirms cover with the maker.

Can it manage service contracts for gyms?

Yes. A contract lists the machines, visit dates and spares, and reminders are raised before each visit.
