Casual staff are often called the night before, and the list lives in a supervisor’s call log. Payout is then settled from memory. Here the assignment and the attendance are entered in the module, so the payout has a record behind it.

Frequently asked questions
Do casual staff use the system?
No. The supervisor makes the deployment and marks attendance, and nothing is installed on a casual worker’s phone.
Does it pay them?
No. It shows what is owed, for which events and to whom. Payment by cash or transfer stays with your firm, and the entry is marked once it is paid.
Can we see who is free on a date?
Yes. People already deployed on that date show as assigned. Whether a coordinator can take a second function that evening is the owner’s decision.
