Each offer is set up with what it gives, who it applies to, and the day it starts and ends. An expired scheme stops being quoted. The Dasara offer does not quietly survive into November on one executive’s phone.

Brand offers arrive from the company and are entered here so the floor quotes them correctly. Nothing is invented, calculated against a factory system, or claimed on your behalf. What this fixes is three people describing one offer three ways.
Frequently asked questions
Can an offer apply to one model only?
Yes. A scheme carries the models, variants, or customer group it applies to, so an executive cannot attach it to a deal it was never meant for.
Does the quotation pick up the scheme?
The offer is attached to the deal and shows in what was quoted. It settles that conversation. That is the record you read when a customer says he was promised more.
Can we message only customers due for an upgrade?
Yes. Customers are filtered by the vehicle they bought and when, and the message goes only to that list.
