Who can change a price?
Whoever you allow. Most dealerships keep pricing with the GM and let executives change status and notes, which is set up through roles.
Does a booking automatically block the car?
When the booking is recorded against the deal, yes, the vehicle is marked and stops showing as available. That is the step that ends two executives selling one car.
