One figure, several systems

An invoice is raised in the coworking system, entered again in Tally, and matched against a UPI payment on a printout, so one figure is typed three times. Each re-entry is a chance for a digit to change. Connections remove the repeat entries. Where a live link is not possible, an export replaces retyping.

What is connected

Tally

Bills and receipts go across as an export, or through a link built at set-up, in a form Tally accepts. Your accountant’s working method stays as it is.

UPI and payment gateways

A member pays online through UPI or a gateway, and the receipt is posted against the invoice it clears, without anyone matching it by hand from a bank statement.

Google Calendar

A room booking can also appear in the calendar a member’s team already uses.

Email and SMS

Invoices, reminders and notices go out from the records they belong to.

Reminders and notices are sent on WhatsApp where it is set up, since many members read WhatsApp sooner than email.

Door hardware

Card, biometric or app-based entry is tied to membership where the installed system permits it, so an expired plan can also close the door.

Limits of each connection

Not every system opens up

Some access controllers and older accounting set-ups have no way in from outside. In that case the link becomes a file export, which is slower than a live link and still avoids retyping.

Your hardware is checked first

The equipment in your lobby, and whether any software can drive it, is confirmed during the demo and not after go-live.

A new connection is development work

Joining a system that has not been connected before is a piece of development work. It is scoped and quoted in the proposal, and its size depends on that system.

Frequently asked questions

Does it suit the Tally version we already run?

Usually. The export is produced in a form Tally accepts. A direct connection is tested against your own installation before it is confirmed.

Which payment gateway can we use?

The common Indian gateways, alongside plain UPI and bank transfer. An existing gateway account can stay in use.

Do members need a Google account for bookings?

No. Bookings are made in the member app. The calendar link is optional, for teams that want bookings to appear in their own calendar.

Can it connect to our building’s access system?

It depends on the controller and on whether its vendor allows other software to talk to it. Your system is checked during the demo, and the answer can be no.
