Staff Onboarding and Offboarding Checklists
A checklist opens when an employee joins and again when they resign. A login is created before the first day, and access is withdrawn on the last.
Joining and leaving as controlled steps
An entry card that is not withdrawn on the last working day may still open the lobby months later. A new joiner may borrow a colleague’s login for a week. Joining and leaving are the moments when access is easiest to miss, so each one has its own checklist.

Frequently asked questions
Can we use our own joining checklist?
Yes. The steps are set up from the list you already follow, and they can differ for a community manager and a housekeeping hire.
Does it switch off building access by itself?
It depends on your access system. Where it can be driven from software, access is withdrawn on the last working day. Where it cannot, the checklist raises a task for whoever holds the cards.
What about someone who leaves without notice?
The exit can be started from the date you learned of it. Access closes at once, and the settlement items stay open until they are dealt with.
Does this cover members joining too?
No. This side is for people on your payroll. A company taking desks has a separate joining run covering seats, app logins and a contract.
