Coworking Across Several Centres on One System

Each building keeps its own floors, plans, staff and doors. On the first, the owner reads them on one screen.

Three centres, three spreadsheets, one guess

Every manager keeps a sheet in their own layout. One counts a six-seat cabin as a line, another as six. On the first, somebody merges the three by hand, and the group figure is whatever survives that merge. Then a member who signed at one centre walks into another. Nobody there knows them.

What each centre keeps of its own

Floors, cabins, desks and rooms

Mapped building by building. No two floor plates are alike.

Plans and rates

A cabin here need not be priced like a cabin there.

Staff and what they can see

A centre manager sees their own centre, the owner sees all.

Doors and access

Access is granted per centre. A card for the third floor here need not open anything across town.

Invoiced and collected

Billing reads per centre, with names against what is open.

One member, two buildings

This is the case that breaks a per-centre spreadsheet.

One record wherever they sit

A company with desks in two centres stays one member with one contract history, one set of invoices and one login, rather than two half-records that quietly disagree.

Booking in the other building

Where their plan allows, they book a room at the second centre from the same app.

How they get billed

One invoice for both, or one per centre, decided when your plans are mapped.

The front desk that has not met them

A day desk or visitor pass is issued against a record already there.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can a centre manager see the other centres?

Only if you want them to. Access is set per centre: a manager works in their own building, the owner sees them all.

Can each centre have its own plans and rates?

Yes. Plans are mapped centre by centre before go-live, in the words and rates you sell them in, so a suburban cabin can be priced differently from one on a main road.

What happens when a member uses two of our centres?

They stay one member. Seats, contract and payment history sit on one record, and their plan can let them book at either building.

Does adding a fourth centre mean starting again?

No. A new centre is mapped with its floors, rooms, plans and staff, then joins the reporting the group already reads.
