Coffee Machine E-commerce & Subscription Software

This solution sells coffee machines and runs the consumable deliveries after the sale. Buyers manage subscriptions for beans, capsules and descaler. Cafes hold a machine register and a service plan. It is configured for each seller and can sit beside the category store.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

No GullySystem product runs a coffee subscription or a service plan for machines. Discovery selects a platform, and the store, the subscription engine and these flows are set up on it.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

A machine sale sets up a stream of orders. The store records which machine a buyer owns and offers only what fits it, on a delivery cycle that the buyer controls and can change at any time without calling anyone.

It does not roast, supply coffee or repair machines. It sells, schedules and records.

Modules

What is in the system.

Machine and system data

Machine type, capsule system or filter, and compatible consumables.

Subscription engine

Cycles with skip, delay, change and cancel.

Maintenance reminders

Descaling and filter prompts by days or cups.

Machine register

Serial, owner, site and service history, so that a cafe’s engineer can see every earlier visit on one screen before travelling to the site.

Service plans

Visit scheduling and records for commercial machines.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Machine to first order

A buyer picks a machine, adds a first consumable pack and sets a delivery gap. The first parcel can travel with the machine itself.

Reminder to descale

A reminder goes out, the buyer adds descaler with one tap, and the machine record notes the date.

Cafe visit

A scheduled visit lists the machines on site and records what was done to each. The next visit is proposed from that record.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Systems

Capsule systems and filter types are first-class records.

Consumables

Beans, capsules, filters and descaler with pack sizes and roast notes.

Bundles

A machine with a first set of consumables at one price.

Pricing and order rules
