Oven E-commerce & Trade Quotation Software

This solution sells built-in and counter-top ovens. Designers search by cabinet cut-out, add trim kits and trays, request quotes for several units and book delivery with an installer. It is configured for each seller and uses the category store for single-oven consumer orders.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

No GullySystem product searches ovens by cabinet cut-out or quotes multi-unit projects. Discovery selects a platform, and the storefront and trade flows are set up on it.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

Designers choose appliances before the cabinets are made. The store lets them enter the cut-out first and see only the ovens that fit, then quote the whole project at once.

It does not design kitchens or inspect electrical supply. It stores sizes and notes and books the people who check them.

Power rating and recorded buyer confirmation.

Installer jobs

Visit scheduling and completion records.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Cut-out to order

A designer enters a size, picks an oven, adds the trim kit and orders or requests a quote. A size that fits nothing returns an empty list, not a guess.

Project to delivery

A quote for five units is accepted and delivery is booked in stages.

Fitting visit

The installer reads the oven, trim and supply note and records completion.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Dimensions and cut-outs

Outer size, required cut-out and the ventilation gap that the maker specifies are held as fields, so a designer can read them without opening a data sheet.

Power and supply

Rated power and the supply type the maker states.

Trim and accessories

Trim kits, trays and racks are matched to each model.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Trade rates

Quote versions

Each revision is kept, with the accepted version marked.

Stage billing

Advances and balances are recorded against project orders.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Stock by model

Counted once. Both the consumer store and trade quotes draw on it.

Staged delivery

A project order is delivered in parts, matching the site schedule, so ovens do not sit in a flat that has no cabinets yet.

Installer booking

A visit is created from each delivered oven.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Advances

An advance is taken on quote acceptance and set against the final invoice.

Returns

A unit that does not fit is handled by the return terms agreed in the quote.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Trade advisers, installers and owners see their own work.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is this a standard product?

No. It is configured for each seller.

Can it quote a whole kitchen project?

It quotes the ovens and accessories you sell. Cabinets and design stay in a kitchen firm’s own tools.

Does it prove that the oven fits?

No. It matches entered sizes. The designer’s measurement is the final check.
