Party and Celebration Supplies E-commerce Software

A party store is organised here around the event date, the theme and the guest count. Buyers get quantity prompts and delivery windows that close before the event. Hire items, seasonal ranges and trade orders are covered where the business needs them.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

Party ordering is set up on commerce software chosen jointly during discovery. Trade sales to shops can draw on GullySystem’s wholesale ordering product. No ready party-store product exists.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The event date drives the shop. Delivery windows, stock holds and packing order are all set from it. A buyer sees only what can arrive in time, and the team packs the nearest dates first.

It does not plan the party or judge what a host needs. It holds the quantities and rules that you set, and it shows them to buyers at the moment they decide what to add to the basket.

Modules

What is in the system.

Theme storefront

A store organised by theme, occasion and colour, with an event date asked for first.

Quantity helper

Pack counts are suggested from the guest number and rounded up to whole packs, and the buyer can overrule the suggestion at any point.

Delivery windows

Slots and cut-offs set by area and item, closed when capacity is full.

Batch matching

Coloured items drawn from one batch where shades vary.

Season planner

Sell-through against the season, with clearance marking.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Plan to order

A buyer enters a date and a head count, adds a themed set and books a window that closes before the event. No order is taken for a day it cannot meet.

Pack by date

The team picks and packs orders in event-date order, with fragile items flagged, so the nearest events are never held behind later ones.

Trade order

A shop or planner signs in, sees agreed carton prices and orders in bulk.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Themes and occasions

Every product carries one or more themes and occasions.

Pack sizes

Pack contents are fields, and the helper uses them.

Colours

Colour names and batch codes kept apart from product titles.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Set prices

A themed set is priced as a whole or from its parts.

Trade prices

Carton and case rates for shops and planners.

Last-date offers

Reductions on items once a season has ended, set by an approver.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Event-date picking

Pick lists are ordered by the date of the event.

Helium and fragile items

Inflated or fragile items are marked for local delivery or special packing.

Capacity

A daily limit on orders closes windows that cannot be met.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Buyers pay online via your gateway account, and larger orders can take an advance.

Returns

Sealed supplies follow your return terms. Opened and inflated items usually do not, and the site says so first.

Refunds

A refund returns by the original method after review.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Day board

Orders by event date, with items still to pick.

Season view

Stock left against the season’s end date.

Exceptions

Orders at risk of missing a window.

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can be set

Themes, pack sizes, cut-offs and offers follow your business.

Limits

What the chosen platform cannot do needs custom work, and this is said at the start.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Moving the range

Products, prices and photographs come from spreadsheets or the current site and are checked line by line.

Season briefing

Packing and order-desk staff practise the date rules before the first peak.

Support scope

What support covers.

Peak cover

Extra support hours can be arranged for the weeks around big festivals.

Everyday support

Fixes and small changes follow the agreed terms. Larger work is estimated on its own.
