Cricket Gear E-commerce & Bat Stock Software

Each bat is recorded individually with weight, grade, grain and photographs, and held for one buyer at a time. Team kit orders move through quote, size list, print approval and dispatch. It is written for cricket sellers who sell by the piece.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No GullySystem product today treats each bat as a unique item with its own weight and grade, or runs team kit orders with print files. Development starts from how your bat room works today.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

Bats from one batch are not interchangeable. This system gives each its own record, so the buyer sees the exact bat that will be sent.

It does not grade willow or judge a bat’s quality. It stores the grade, weight and notes your staff enter.

Modules

What is in the system.

Individual bat register

Weight, pick-up, handle, grade, grain and photographs for each bat.

Quote, size list, print file and approval for group orders.

Service queue

Knocking-in, taping and re-handling jobs booked against an order.

Dispatch check

Weight and photograph of the bat taken at packing.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Bat to buyer

One bat is weighed and photographed, listed, held for a buyer, optionally knocked in, packed and sent.

Team kit

A coach submits a roster, the quote is approved, print files are made, and parcels are split per player.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Bat record

Brand, size, weight, grade, grain count and handle shape, recorded for the exact piece of willow.

Kit line

Shirt, trousers, cap and pads with sizes per player.

Balls and protective gear

Held as ordinary stock by size and type, apart from the bat register.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Bat pricing

Each bat carries its own price, since two bats of the same model can differ in grade and weight.

Team quote

Quantity-based price with print charges, approved before production.

Deposit

A deposit on group orders before print files are made.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Unique stock

Each bat can be sold once, and its record closes when it ships.

Service jobs

A knocking-in job is queued with a date and kept on the order.

Split parcels

A team order goes out as one parcel per player where that is wanted.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Online payment for individual bats and a deposit plus balance for team orders.

Returns

A bat returned unused is checked against its weight and photographs before re-listing.

What the team can see and change.

Bat room view

Bats in stock by grade and weight, and holds close to expiry.

Team order board

Group orders by stage, from quote to dispatch.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Courier

Booking for long cartons through the carrier’s own system, tested with a sample parcel before go-live.

Print supplier

Name and number files handed over by export, or by connection where the printer offers one.

Storefront

The public store reads the bat register and kit catalogue from this system.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Delivered to order

Built around your bat room routine. You choose who hosts it.

In stages

Stage one is the bat register. Team kit is next, and the service queue comes last.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

Fields you own

Grades, weight bands and kit options follow your own practice.

Limits

Grading and playing suitability are your staff’s judgement, not the software’s.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing bats in

Your existing bat stock is entered with weights and photographs, a few at a time.

Training

Bat room staff and the desk practise on live listings.

Support scope

What support covers.

Included

The agreement covers bat register and kit-flow fixes, and names the people who answer your calls.

Not included

Taking the work into other sports, or onto a new selling channel, would be quoted separately.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is there a GullySystem product for bat listings?

No. Bat listings and kit orders are new work. Only dealer ordering, if you need it, can reuse an existing product.

Can it tell a buyer which bat suits them?

No. It shows the weight, size and grade your staff recorded. Choosing between bats stays a human conversation.

Can each bat have its own photographs?

Yes. The bat register is made for that, with a handful of images per bat.
