Do we have to install an app?

No. It opens in the phone browser, and riders use the same page. A new rider can start on the day he joins.

Can the counter staff see everything the owner sees?

No. The counter takes orders and bills, while sales figures, wastage and customer dues are on the owner’s screens. Roles decide what each person opens.

Does it work when the signal drops?

It needs a connection, because one list is shared between several people. In a basement or banquet hall an entry waits until the signal returns.
