Can the counter staff see everything the owner sees?
No, and that is deliberate. The counter takes orders and bills. Sales figures, wastage and what customers owe are on the owner’s screens.
Does it work when the signal drops?
It needs a connection, like anything that shares one list between four people. In a basement or a banquet hall the entry waits a minute. Riders learn this quickly and mark deliveries as they step back outside.
