Can a delivery be scheduled before the purchase order exists?
No, deliveries are planned against an order, so the order comes first. A site visit for the same morning can be pencilled in while approval is still pending.
Does delivery management track our own tempo and driver?
It records the delivery, its date and what arrived on it. Vehicle tracking and route telematics are not part of this product.
How does this help the crew on site?
Crews can see when material is expected on the project they are working, so the day is planned around the load. If the delivery moves, the schedule moves with it.
