Yes. Attachments go out with the estimate, and photographs of earlier work can support an apartment job. The rate lines stay separate from them, and the client sees both together.

What happens to the quotations we lose?

They stay on the client record, marked as not won. When the same association asks again two seasons later, the old pricing is still there to work from.

How do we handle extra work after the quotation is approved?

Add it as a change on the project and leave the signed estimate as it is. The invoice then shows the original scope and the addition as separate lines.
